10+ years of experience as a pre-K teacher in best institutions in Northern Virginia, experience working with infants through 5 years old. Designing developmentally appropriate lessons, social-emotional focus, conducting lessons as per individual child's needs and requirements, also have experience working in a Montessori setting. Neelam has been caring for our infant daughter since early September and has been wonderful. She keeps our baby engaged with gentle play, talking/singing, and age-appropriate activities, and she’s always looking for new ways to broaden our daughter's experiences. She follows our routines for bottles, diapers, and naps, and is punctual, safety-minded, and dependable. Our daughter is always happy to see her, and we would be very happy to recommend Neelam to any family considering her.

From the first conversation, we could tell that Neelam truly pours her heart into the children she works with. She is intentional about how the day is spent and communicates proactively about things she observes in our daughter so we can truly work together as a team in raising her. Since becoming part of our family (because that’s how it feels), our daughter has absolutely THRIVED developmentally. We see a difference every week they are together and couldn’t imagine a better person to care for her!

Neelam worked with our family for a few short months, but in that time she was professional, responsible, organized, and extremely patient!

Neelam was the first non-family caretaker for our son, but she quickly put him and us at ease. They enjoyed songs, stories, and sensory play together.

Neelam was our daughter’s nanny from when she was 3 months old until around 16 months old.  She was attentive to our daughter’s needs at every stage of development.  She helped us transition our daughter to solid foods and helped with her crawling and walking.  She played with our daughter constantly and kept her busy during the day.  Neelam also took her on walks so our daughter got used to being outside and now loves going on walks and being active.  Neelam was very good at communicating with us and responsive when we communicated. We loved having Neelam caring for our daughter and she was very trustworthy. 

Neelam is wonderful with children of all ages, from newborns onward. She is kind, patient, and trustworthy. As an early childhood educator who has worked in a variety of schools with a wide range of ages, she has a wealth of experience that makes her extremely reliable and helpful. I would definitely hire her again!

Did not have a favorable experience and terminated her. Encountered challenges where she was argumentative and not receptive to being asked questions about our child.

Neelam is a quietly dedicated caregiver. She takes time to observe and adjust to the needs of the child(ren) in her care. Neelam is patient and attentive. She listens and tunes in to her co-workers so they can achieve a safe caring environment for the children. I enjoyed working with Neelam and watching the children grow to trust and depend upon her. 
Neelam willing attended planning times twice a week and was an active participant in setting up developmentally appropriate activities.

Neelam was a wonderful nanny to our now 1 year old daughter.  Our daughter always had a big smile when Neelam arrived each morning.  Neelam took great care of our daughter and spent time singing, reading, and playing with her.  As first-time parents, we appreciated Neelam's invaluable experience and helpful recommendations for books, toys, activities, teethers, etc.  Additionally, our daughter was born very premature and sees a feeding specialist and physical therapist.  Neelam learned how to g-tube feed our daughter while also trying to feed by mouth.  Neelam participated in physical therapy sessions and performed the recommended exercises between sessions.  We are grateful to have had Neelam care for our daughter!

We've been working with Neelam for three years, since my younger son was just a few months old. She has been absolutely fabulous; the care and love she provides both our boys is so wonderful and it's great to see how excited they get when Ms Neelam is coming over! She is engaging, warm, caring and very attentive to each of our boys' needs, which is challenging since they are 5 years apart! We've been so lucky to have her and can't recommend her enough!

Neelam helped to take care of our then 3 year old daughter last summer during the pandemic. She is a teacher at our daughters preschool and was able to assist us during the summer. Ms Neelam is wonderful with children: she is very kind, patient, and fun to be around. Our daughter loved spending time with her, and created quite a special bond with her and even asks to video chat with her now and then. Ms Neelam is a very dependable caretaker and also very punctual. Any family would be very lucky to have her
