About Maddie

I'd describe my personality as cheerful, outgoing, and compassionate. I like working with kids because they bring a lot of fun to life! It is such a wonderful time seeing the world through their eyes. I'm looking for a job that provides clear expectations and values communication! I started working with kids when I was an assistant, and eventually lead teacher at a local preschool. I worked with children in a wide variety of ages, from nursery to school-age children. In my role at the preschool, I implemented and carried out lesson plans, adjusting them for each age group's psychosocial stage, balancing foundational learning with the dynamic environment of childcare. In my spare time, I like to read, crochet and other crafts, go on walks/runs/hikes, spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I am committed to caring for you and your child as best as I can! My skills include organization, creativity, and building connection.
