About Natalie

Hello! My name is Natalie, and I'm a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in Recreational Therapy. I've worked with children for over 6 years, ages newborn through 18, including experience at the Campus Child Care Center at UWL. I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Child Life to become a Certified Child Life Specialist. In Summer 2024, I completed a 600-hour internship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, supporting children and teens in a residential mental health setting. I now work as an Activity Therapist at a psychiatric hospital, leading therapeutic and engaging activities. These experiences have helped me create safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate environments where children feel confident and cared for. I bring a calm, dependable presence and a strong understanding of child development. I'm interested in working with children of all ages-from newborns through teens-and would love the opportunity to support your family!
