We found Morgan after our regular nanny left quite suddenly, and she jumped in seamlessly with our then 18-month-old son. Honestly, she exceeded every expectation. What I love most is that she genuinely connects with our kids. I work from home and some of my favorite moments have been hearing our son laughing and running around upstairs while she’s with him. They goof around, play, wrestle, read loads of books, do puzzles, and lately he squeals with excitement when he sees her. He runs to her for a hug, and he doesn’t do that with anyone outside of his immediate family. He absolutely adores her. Our 9-year-old daughter overlaps with Morgan for the last hour or so of the day and calls her “cool Morgan”, because she is! Beyond being wonderful with kids, Morgan is one of the most professional and communicative caregivers we have ever worked with. She is on time, responsible, calm under pressure, and so easy to work with. Her maturity level is well beyond her years. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. I could not recommend her more highly!
