About Elise

Hi! I'm Elise I'm a reliable, patient, and creative caregiver with over 6 years of experience working with children from infants to teens. I love helping kids learn, grow, and feel safe and supported. My experience started with babysitting and nannying, and I've also worked at Adventure Club and Shoreline Daycare. I currently work as a Senior Behavioral Technician (RBT), providing ABA therapy for children with autism and other developmental needs. This has strengthened my skills in behavior support, communication, and individualized care. I recently graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Psychology, a minor in Public Health, and a certificate in Mental Health and Well-Being. I am also CPR and First Aid certified for all ages. I am very organized, dependable, and able to multitask with minimal supervision. I'm moving to Burnsville in early May and am looking for a full-time, long-term nanny position with a family I can build a strong, positive relationship with.
