About Natalie

Hi! I have over six years of experience working with children and families in Norway, Italy, and the United States. I previously founded and managed my own Montessori and Reggio Emilia-inspired childcare program in Oslo, Norway. I have also worked closely with private families in Italy, supporting children's development, daily routines, nutrition, and independence. My approach is warm, patient, creative, and child-led. I love incorporating outdoor adventures, imaginative play, music, movement, and age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and confidence. I am fluent in English and Norwegian, speak conversational Italian, and am currently studying psychology. I recently relocated to Chicago and would love to connect with a wonderful family!
