I have been babysitting/nannying since I was 14! I've cared for children ranging from 3months-13. I LOVE working with kids, especially because my biggest desire in life is to be a mom. Ive cared for children in many different capacities, with all sorts of special circumstances, I was even an Au pair in Italy! It is especially important to me that I engage with kids, I think its important to play their games and listen when they speak.
