I have cared for individuals between newborn to 95 years of age, and I loved it. My background has been working with individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, Deafness/Blind, Cerebral Palsy, and Mental Illness. The one thing I can say from working with special needs individuals is they can do it. I can work any shift, stay late or come in early, communicate well, make life as easy as possible, and be an extra set of hands when needed.
