Recording vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate; Providing routine individualized healthcare needs; Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services; Giving basic emotional and psychological support to the patient and family; Directly provide nursing or nursing-related service; Maintaining records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report; Assisting residents with daily living activities such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, or exercising; Promoting patient's mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest; Ensure that nutritional needs of residents are met in accordance with established care plan; Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner.
