About Mycala

Hi Families! My name is Mycala, and I'm a child development professional and children's book author with over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages. I've worked as a preschool and pre-K teacher, a 3rd-grade learning coordinator, and a curriculum coach mentoring early childhood educators. I also have experience as a registered behavior technician, providing therapy and developmental support to children with autism and other developmental delays. I hold an Associate's degree in Child Studies and am currently completing my Bachelor's degree online. I've also worked as both a nanny and in-home care provider, supporting families with multiple children. I'm passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and creative environments where children can learn, play, and thrive.
