About Rebecca

Hi! I'm Rebecca-a joyful, intuitive, and experienced career nanny with over 10 years of childcare experience, including full-time nanny roles, daycare work, children's ministry, and international service. I am passionate about meeting each child exactly where they are-with warmth, playfulness, consistency, and deep respect. Most recently, I was with one family for over four years, helping raise their three children from babyhood to kindergarten. In addition to childcare, I've supported households with grocery runs, family errands, scheduling, toy and clothing rotation, and household organization. I love planning outings, supporting developmental milestones, crafting holiday traditions, and fostering emotional growth with gentle structure and fun. Singing, storytelling, imaginative play, and interest-led learning are at the heart of my approach. I also deeply value partnership with parents and believe in transparent, open communication.
