As a future educator, I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for every student. My dedication to inclusivity is the foundation for my teaching philosophy. I pride myself on being a strong leader with clear communication to ensure that every student is comfortable and in a position to grow personally and academically. Every student I encounter has varying levels of skill and comfortability, I believe it is my job to accommodate and meet each student where they are so they can grow and succeed in the way success looks like for them. My goal as an educator is to establish a route for everyone to find fulfillment in their growth.
