Hi there! My name is Montgomery, but please feel free to call me "Monte". I have been a caregiver now for over 40 years. I started as a Foster Parent for special needs children in 1990. I also raised a family of my own, but everyone is grown now. I also worked 40 years in food service management. Three years I completed my dream of getting my Ph. d. in business management, but after an accident and a back surgery I found myself looking to do the thing I love the most after all, Caregiving. At 62 years old now, I am not only outgoing, but also a good listener. I strive to complete all regular job responsibilities in a prompt and correct manner. I have had a full and rich life and I am ready to spend some time with you! Please don't hesitate to call or email with any questions or concerns you might have. I am very much looking forward to meeting you!!!

Mr. Monty was a loved student assistant to my autistic 12 year old. Everyone at the center loved working with him. He took a special interest in the areas that interested my son so they were buddies from the first week. The rapport he built with my son was incredible.
