I'm a neurodivergent (autism, ADHD, dyscalculia) adult with years of experience as a nanny and tutor. I've also worked in mental health as a caseworker, cooking/nutrition consultant, tutor/homework facilitator, and independent living coach. I am trained in ABA, but my approach is centered on a presumption of competence, affirming and strengthening each child's agency and confidence in making choices, creative and constructive exploration of special interests, safe stimming, somatic/emotional pacing, and strategies for collaborative and self-guided transitions. Working with neurodivergent children and families is my passion. We'll work together to identify solutions that respect the child's autonomy and work well for your family.
