Monique has a great work ethic and is very independent; she observes kids carefully and gets to know them deeply while giving them the right amount of freedom to explore and develop. She's also very loving and joyful! It took her some practice to get used to detailed reports at the end of the day (I think we were only the second American family she had worked with back in 2020), but she worked hard to adapt and follow instructions. Thanks for loving our kid :-)
