About Monique

I have over 10 years of experience working with children in both home and classroom settings, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary ages. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel safe in a calm, nurturing environment. I have experience with daily routines, potty training, early learning activities, sensory play, behavior guidance, and supporting children with different developmental and learning needs, including children with autism and developmental delays. I believe communication, patience, consistency, and kindness are extremely important when working with children and families. My goal is always to create a safe, structured, and positive environment where children can thrive while giving parents peace of mind knowing their child is being cared for with patience, attentiveness, and genuine compassion.
