Monica is wonderful! We hired her to nanny for a few months before our baby got into daycare. She is a genuinely sweet person and she is a natural with children. She not only watched and took care of our baby but actively worked on his developmental skills and provided us daily updates of his progress. Without being asked she would tidy up around the house and make sure our diaper bag was always packed and refilled with supplies. She was always in a good mood and so so sweet and gentle with our baby. Anyone would be lucky to have Monica care for their children. As someone else said, she is a rare find.
