About Emory

Hi families! I am a 31-year-old with a passion to see children grow, learn, and have fun. I am comfortable with children of all ages, from infants to teens. I am responsible and value cleanliness and organization so I am more than willing to run errands and do light house keeping, including caring for pets. I am an advocate for hands on learning and play. I think its very important to engage children with music, art, playing outside, reading, going on field trips, etc instead of resorting to tv and video games. I have over 8 years of experience nannying but have been babysitting and working in private preschools for much longer. I possess excellent communication skills and the ability to develop close relationships to all of the children that I nanny as well as the families. I have a very high energy level that helps to create a fun and safe space for the children to learn and play.
