Rachel nanny’s for us with our 10 month old son. He is a very active and advanced baby. She is able to be patient with him which is super important to us as he requires a lot of redirection. She adheres to his schedule very well and will ask questions when she doesn’t understand something which is very important to us as well. Any corrections or changes we make she is quick to pivot and adjust her care for our son. When she comes into the door my 10 month old is so excited to see her!
