Hey there, I'm Monica! I made the move to Utah from Idaho almost a year ago and have really been enjoying exploring the area! I received my B. A. in Early Childhood and Adolescent Development from California State University, Northridge in 2016. Since then I have worked in a number of settings with children, with ages that have ranged anywhere from 8 weeks to 12 years old. I have been a nanny/babysitter for a handful of families, worked in daycare/preschool settings and currently I am with the local school district. I began my pursuit with children when I was 15 years old babysitting for family relatives and family friends' infants, toddlers and young children. My goal is to become a Special Education Teacher, hopefully in an elementary school setting. I am currently taking courses to receive my credentials/masters in special education. In the mean time I want to share and gain my experiences as much as possible. :)
