About Rachel L

Hi! My name is Rachel, and I have over 9 years of childcare experience working with children of all ages and needs. Caring for children has always been a huge part of my life, and it's the career path I am passionately pursuing long-term. Over the years, I've worked as a nanny for family friends, spent 3 years as a Special Education Teacher Assistant, and worked 3 years as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) providing therapy and support for children with autism. These experiences have helped me become patient, dependable, nurturing, and skilled at creating a safe and positive environment for every child I work with. I am CPR certified and currently finishing my bachelor's degree while pursuing future graduate studies focused on child development and childcare. I truly love helping children learn, grow, and feel supported in their everyday lives. I would love the opportunity to provide dependable, compassionate care for your family!
