About Baylee

My name is Baylee, and I am passionate about providing nurturing, attentive care for children of all abilities. I have over three years of experience working as a paraprofessional in a special education preschool program within the Weber School District, where I supported children's developmental, social, and emotional growth in a structured and caring environment. I also have experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support positive behavior and individualized learning. These experiences have strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to create a safe and engaging environment for each child. I am currently pursuing a degree in child psychology, further deepening my understanding of child development. I am dedicated to creating a supportive, fun, and enriching space where children feel valued, safe, and encouraged to grow.
