About Esther

For over 10 years, I have been dedicated to nurturing children's development and providing families with dependable care. My passion lies in positively impacting young lives. I am patient, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, and I always respect their preferred method. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities with children. I am happy to care for up to five children of all ages. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I also have experience with special needs children and early childhood development coursework. I am comfortable with pets and willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I speak English and Sign Language (ASL). I have a car and am happy to travel. I love seeing the world through a child's eyes and would be honored to share that experience with your family.
