Molly was always on time, super flexible, and reliable. She went above and beyond and ended up helping out with our older child too, after school. Our kids became fast friends, and Molly always took them out on adventures. We always felt comfortable and safe with her, and we're more than okay with Molly taking our son to her home. Molly ended up becoming friends with half our neighborhood too, and we all still keep in touch. Out of all the Nanny's we had between both our kids, Molly was by far the most engaging in terms of exposure and activities. We highly recommend Molly!
