Aly is a gem. She is warm, patient, calm, and professional. We absolutely loved her but more importantly, our picky toddler took to her immediately. She was capable and in the absence of detailed instructions, figured out what to do (e.g. what to serve for lunch if we forgot to mention) which we felt was a sign of great judgment. She is a true caregiver. Super hands on and engaging. We trusted her immediately. We will miss her!
