About Milica

I'd describe my personality as caring, responsable and patient. I like working with kids and guide them through challenges, I consider myself as a very patient person and fostering a safe, supportive environment brings me fulfillment and a sense of achievement. I'm looking for this job as I have a genuine passion for working with children. I find joy in nurturing young minds and creating a safe and engaging environmnent for them to thrive in. I did babysitting job as a student and I have also worked in elementary school as I social worker in inclusion. I have 2 little nieces that I was occasionally babysitting as well. In my spare time, I like to go on walks, hike, travel and go to the gym. One thing you should know about me is that I prioritize safety above all else and I like following safety protocols. My skills include patientce, flexibility and understanding.
