About Ella

I'd describe my personality as energetic, bubbly, and creative! | love bringing positive energy wherever I go and creating a fun, welcoming environment for everyone around me. I like working with kids because they are full of life and imagination, and jobs like this are so rewarding. I love being able to make a difference in their day, whether that is helping them learn something new, making them laugh, or just being a safe person in their life. I started working with kids when I was a freshman in high school, as my first job was working at a daycare. My next job was teaching little ones how to swim, which taught me a lot of valuable lessons and skills. In my spare time, I like to be outside, watercolor, run and move my body, and be social! One thing you should know about me is that I am extremely trustworthy and a hard worker. I know how to balance fun and structure at the same time. My skills include being patient, kind, creative, engaging, and responsible.
