I have a thorough childcare background, as I have worked for about a year as a babysitter and mentor to younger children before I began a job as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I worked with children ages 2-6 in behavior management and skill development. I currently work at an elementary school as a front desk associate, so my availability tends to fall after 4 p.m. I am able to provide help with meal and activity preparation, as well as travel, light housekeeping, and any teaching or tutoring needs. Mickenzie has been an amazing sitter, she began watching my son when he was about 6 months and she is very attentive and a wonderful presence to have around. My son's face lights up every time she comes in! She sings to him and interacts and she is very gentle. I would move her in with me as a full time nanny if I could ! Definitely a 5 star hire.
