From the beginning we noticed that Maya wasn't particularly responsive but we gave the benefits of the doubt. We scheduled an interview to chat over the phone as we were anxiously looking for a nanny as soon as possible. She never picked up the phone, she didn't follow up with us, or communicate that she won't be able to make the call.
