Michelle has been babysitting our 11 month old for three months. We are happy to say that we consider Michelle a part of our family. Michelle is easy going and kind. She is flexible with the ability to adapt to changing situations calmly and accepts constructive criticism with grace. Michelle's weakness is also her strength; Michelle is very quiet which makes communication challenging, but this same quiet and gentle nature is what makes Michelle a natural caregiver who children warm to easily. In observing Michelle's interaction with our daughter, it is obvious that she genuinely adores her. Our daughter is excited to see Michelle when she arrives and sad when she leaves, and that is the best feedback I could possible ask for.
