I am well-versed in adaptive devices such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and transfer boards, ensuring safe and comfortable mobility. I'm confident in meal preparation, especially for dietary restrictions and allergies--something I learned while raising my two daughters, who had food sensitivities. I am comfortable with light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and providing transportation to medical appointments, social outings, and other activities, while also understanding that sometimes clients simply want to rest after a lifetime of hard work. I have current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications, along with some college coursework. I am honest, dependable, and straightforward.
