About Mia

I have cared for many families with children ranging in age from 2 months to 7 years. I am very patient and get along well with children. I babysit for my cousin regularly, who has three boys under the age of 5, so there isn't much that I cannot handle! I am great at following instructions left by parents and almost always have children ready for bed on time! I also coached YMCA soccer for 4-6-year-olds. I think that playing outside is great for children. Sports are also a way for children to make new friends and to develop important life skills. Also during high school, I volunteered in a special needs pre school class. I also helped out with tutoring at a local elementary school. I have taken 5 years of Spanish, so I know a lot of the basics and am able to communicate if the Spanish is slow enough! I am a full-time college student, so I am not available to work all of the time, but I will do my best to make my schedule work with yours!
