About Meryl

Hello! It is wonderful to meet you. I am a Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting older adults. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2022 with a Masters in Clinical Social Work. Prior to completing my graduate degree, I worked as a social service provider for a local nonprofit. In my last role, I was a counselor for older adults and people living with disabilities at an Adult Day Health Program. I truly enjoy getting to know people and their families while providing individualized support. I am a compassionate, engaged, friendly, hardworking, and responsible practitioner. I specialize in providing behavioral health support to older adults to address mental health challenges and navigate the complexities of aging. I am trained in CPR and first aid. I enjoy everything from cooking, social engagement, and art, to creating enrichment activities. I have my own transportation and am available to work full-time. I appreciate your consideration!
