She applied to my ad. After receiving her resume, we interviewed her twice, checked her references, ran back ground checks and offered her the job which she accepted. We scheduled her orientation and first training in one night. Thirty five minutes prior to our scheduled appointment she cancels and says she decided the schedule didn't work for her. The same schedule in the ad she applied to and the same one we discussed in both interviews and the same one discussed when she accepted the job offer. Very frustrating !
