About Victoria

I am writing this review to highly recommend Victoria. As a veteran, I have had many experiences with healthcare support, but the level of care and dedication I received during a recent medical procedure was truly exceptional. Victoria went above and beyond the call of duty. She drove me to my appointment in her vehicle and stayed by my side the entire day, waiting patiently in the reception area throughout the entire procedure. Afterward, she took charge of my recovery by making sure she personally received all follow-up care instructions from the doctors and ensured I was given my medications exactly as directed. What truly sets her apart, however, is her incredible heart. Post-procedure can be a vulnerable time, but she sat and talked with me for hours. She showed a genuine interest in my background and my story. She made me feel like somebody, not just another pedestrian customer or a number on a chart. Found out we had a lot in common just by talking. I'm looking forward to working with her again.
