About Melissa

I'm a mom of three, and have worked with children ranging from newborns through preschool age, including a set of twins. I'm still close the families I've worked with and help as needed. I love getting kids outside, playing, exploring, and learning through everyday experiences. Consistency with the children is important to me with predictable schedule, nap routines, potty training, and behavior expectations that aligns with how parents want their children raised. I've worked with families with both limited or no screen time, and I'm very comfortable keeping days screen-free and filled with play, music, reading, and outdoor time. I'm also happy to prep lunches and snacks and help keep the day running smoothly. I'm looking for a position with a family I can truly grow with, so the idea of a long term commitment is something that appeals to me
