About Mariah

Hello! My names Mariah and I've been in the childcare field for five years! I graduated the Early Childhood Vocational Program in high school and I've done various jobs such as in-home daycares, learning centers, nannying, and Behavioral Health! I've been in the same childcare center for almost two years! I started out in the infant room and fortunately got to "move up" into the toddler room with the kiddos I started out with, it's been a bitter sweet experience:) As I've grown older I've grown a passion for child welfare which has led for me to enroll in college for social work where I'd need a little more flexibility with classes and time to study! Most of my experience is with children five and under. I enjoy creating sensory bins/sensory activities the most because I believe children learn the best through play! I love taking kiddos on adventures, and spending lots of time outside! I love observing children learn and really getting their curiosity and imagination thriving!
