About Mary

Hi, I'm Mary! I'm passionate about working with children and currently work at a therapeutic preschool in a small classroom dedicated to social and behavioral learning for 4-5-year-olds. I also intern at a play therapy office. I have experience working with neurodivergent children and providing co-regulation support. I believe the best way to connect with a child is to meet them where they are: honoring their interests, validating their feelings, and building confidence through play. I love bringing fun and creativity into each day, and, not to toot my own horn, I'm an expert slime maker! I'm currently studying child and adolescent psychology at USM, and I bring both my education and hands-on experience into my care. I'm happy to assist with light housekeeping, homework help, and meal prep. I'm also open to whatever form of communication works best for your family and will always follow the rules and routines you set for your home. I'd love the opportunity to connect with you!
