I interviewed Melissa for a nanny position with our family. While we ended up hiring someone outside of care.com that was a referral from a friend, I was VERY impressed with how Melissa spoke to her care-giving skills and childcare experience. She has been a nanny for many years, as well as a mother to her own 2 children; and as such she really understands the important role a nanny plays in a family and helping to guide children in their growth to become wonderful little people! Her values of community, learning, and kindness would be a welcome contribution to any family and we would absolutely look to Melissa again if our childcare needs change.
