We booked Emma for an initial telephone call, a meet & greet, and two days worth of sitting. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the days of sitting because baby had a fever, but we did the telephone call and meet & greet before we ended up having to cancel. Emma is incredibly responsive to messages. She’s professional, warm, caring, and attentive. She did wonderful with our kiddo who has sensory processing concerns and severe separation anxiety.
