Hey there, I'm Melanie I bring positive energy, warmth, and nurturing approach for my style of caregiving aka balance parenting! I have 2. 5 years of experience being a nanny and babysitter with children + fur babies ranging from 3 months old - to 13-year-olds. It's truly been something that I've always loved and I found so much fulfillment doing so! I'm looking to work with families that our values and parenting styles align! My parenting styled is rooted in gentle parenting, but with a healthy balance of boundaries and fair consequences. Whilst creating a nurturing safe space for them to feel heard no matter how young they are. Even if we can't understand them and they're talking in gibberish! I'm more than happy to implement Montessori teaching, I do feel it is important for children to be able to get as messy/dirty whilst playing! I'm pretty patient and happy to help with routines, outdoor play, creative activities, crafts, and teaching moments! I live a clean lifestyle no alc/ ect
