About Meaghan

Hello! My name is Meaghan, and I have over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages and developmental needs. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Welfare with a specialization in Child Development, and I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive. During the school year, I work full-time as a preschool social worker, supporting young children who require behavioral intervention and social-emotional assistance. This role has given me extensive experience in understanding child development, managing challenging behaviors, and creating safe, nurturing environments where children can succeed. I am also a parent myself, which gives me a deep appreciation for the trust families place in their caregivers. I understand the importance of finding someone who is dependable, patient, engaging, and attentive to each child's unique needs. Due to having a full time job during the school year I am looking for a position only for the months of July and August
