About Ally

My passion is caring for those who need it most, children and special needs, with my education of psychology and child development my goal is to enhance and relieve the lives of every family I work for with application of who I am, my experience, and my skills based in child development. In addition to life experience in care of children and special-needs, I have 6 years of professional experience in the field of adolescent & school-age children with autism and privatized in-home childcare from the ages of infancy through teenage years. I focus on development, wellness and especially fun & happiness. I'm very proactive with age attentive developmental activities involving play and art, and any other needs! I'm fun-loving, eccentric, determined&mindful! I want any child I work with to have a highly skilled, goal-oriented, dependable caregiver in me.
