I am a stay at home mom to a 4-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter. We love to spend time outdoors, take walks, visit the playground, and take trips to the library. I am a former elementary school teacher and am trained and certified in the Montessori method. I enjoy finding ways to incorporate Montessori principles into our daily life at home, and learning more about how to foster joy and independence in my own kids and with other kids in my life. We've been using Kinsy for our 2.5 year old since June 2023 and we love her! She has an extensive background in teaching/Montessori, which makes me rest easy knowing my child will pick up a Pre-K curriculum in her care. She is also committed to lots of outdoor time, which my feral toddler needs. The icing on the cake is she provides meals (for an additional fee), so prep for drop-off is stress-free. Kinsy always has a great attitude and is happy to offer parenting advice when asked. We feel so lucky to have found her and she honestly makes the parenting journey so much easier!
