I have been taking care of children privately since Feb 2022 and before that worked as a pediatric speech therapist since 2008. Experience includes ECI Program 5 years(Birth to 3-year-olds), home health, and hospital clinics. Other experience includes: First grade elementary teacher w/Deaf and HH mainstream children in my classroom 5 years, deaf education sign language translator and babysitting multiples/all ages(my brother has 10 children)! I love engaging with children while combining education, behavior training(ABA), or Montessori styles with parent's desire and my skill set! Of course with lots of fun! Tracy joined us when our daughter was 5 month old, and from the very first day, she cared for our daughter with so much love and patience. As an Asian family, we truly appreciate how respectfully and gracefully she understood our preferences and followed the way we wanted to do things around our daughter. We are both working parents, and our daughter spends nearly 8 hours a day with her. Today, we can confidently say that our daughter has learned so much from Tracy from sign language to vocabulary, and even everyday understanding, she met all her milestones and that clearly shows that Tracy has experience and knowledge in taking care of babies from infancy. Tracy has always been punctual and reliable, never taking a single day off. Knowing our daughter is with her gives us complete peace of mind and my daughter is always happy with her. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for our daughter. She is truly an amazing person, and any family would be lucky to have her.
