I have pediatric speech therapy experience since 2008. I worked as a SLP-Assistant until 2022. Experience includes ECI Program(Birth to 3 year olds), home health, and clinics. In 2023 to 2024 I was helping my friend w/ her 3 children so she could get her non-profit swim program started! In Feb 2024 to March 2025, I was a caretaker of a 5-month-old until he turned 16 months old. All milestones met. I am currently taking care of a 14-month-old. I have worked with her since she was 5 months old. My current family had some unforeseen changes. I'm looking for a new family by Jan 5, 2026. Other experience includes: elementary teacher w/Deaf and HH mainstream children in my classroom, deaf education sign language translator and babysitting all ages! I love engaging with children while combining education, behavior training(ABA), my skill set, and of course lots of fun! I look forward to working with you and your children! Tracy

Tracy joined us when our daughter was 5 month old, and from the very first day, she cared for our daughter with so much love and patience. As an Asian family, we truly appreciate how respectfully and gracefully she understood our preferences and followed the way we wanted to do things around our daughter. We are both working parents, and our daughter spends nearly 8 hours a day with her. Today, we can confidently say that our daughter has learned so much from Tracy from sign language to vocabulary, and even everyday understanding, she met all her milestones and that clearly shows that Tracy has experience and knowledge in taking care of babies from infancy. Tracy has always been punctual and reliable, never taking a single day off. Knowing our daughter is with her gives us complete peace of mind and my daughter is always happy with her. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for our daughter. She is truly an amazing person, and any family would be lucky to have her.
