About Mayce

Hello, I am Mayce "Ashura", a junior at Howard University studying Psychology and Biology with plans to pursue a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience. I currently work as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) providing specialized in-home care for children with special needs particularly those on the autism spectrum. With three years of experience with children ages 3-10 and additional experience providing respite care, I am dedicated to advocating for neurodivergent individuals. My professional commitment recently earned me an MVP nomination at Attain ABA. Beyond behavioral and academic support, I assist with daily routines, housekeeping, and transportation. I have also served as a research assistant at Georgetown University and Vanderbilt University labs. I enjoy creative hobbies like jewelry making and crocheting, and I stay active through volleyball. Originally from Memphis, I love meeting new people and look forward to the possibility of assisting your family!
