About Max

Hi! I am a psychology student, I go to school part time and I have a part time job as a in home behavior technician. I worked full time at the greater Minneapolis crisis nursery for over two years. I have a lot of experience caring for children with disabilities, children with autism, and other children who may be more challenging. I also have experience caring for adults and seniors with disabilities in their homes. I personally strongly believe that all kids are smarter than most of us adults give them credit for, and strive to build connection and communication with the kids I care for, in whatever form that may take. I'd describe my personality as patient, creative and grounded. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, I am in school and work part time already. I love to work with kiddos who might be harder to get a qualified caregiver for, I like a challenge and have experience with lots of different kiddos.
