About Mary

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and kind. :) I like working with kids because I love learning about the different ways that they view the world, and they keep me on my toes! In my spare time, I like to go on long walks and bike rides, play music, and learn about trees! I have been a music teacher for several years, teaching ages from 3-15, and have decided to take a step back from teaching to focus more on some other aspects of my life, while still filling my days with time with kiddos. :) I have been a full-time nanny for two families in the past, each with two kids, and I have spent several years babysitting professionally, helping to raise my younger brother with autism, and studying early childhood development/music therapy. I love spending time outdoors, and I can also appreciate some restful time/play indoors when the time comes.
