Hello, I love being a nurse, and I love babies. I was so lucky to be able to put these 2 passions together. I am a registered nurse who worked for many years as a labor and delivery nurse taking care of both mom and baby. I have been working as a newborn care specialist since 2021. I am a certified postpartum doula and CPR certified. I am also a certified breastfeeding specialist. I enjoy taking care of mom and baby when they arrive home from the hospital. It is wonderful to see a new mom/baby relationship take form and to be able to support this budding relationship. Moms get to know their babies, get some much needed rest, and develop confidence in caring for their little ones. It is amazing to see these newborns grow and begin to relate to their world. I have recent experience with preemies, babies with GERD, and caring for twins during 12 hour night shifts. I am available for short assignments of a couple of days up until about 3 months of age.

Mary Ann was amazing with our 4 month old infant, we hired her for three weeks while we were in between caregivers. She was very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. We would definitely recommend her as a nanny!
