Taylor is the best nanny we have ever had. She has watched our now 2 year old since she was 3 months, as well as our new baby starting at 2 months. I might also mention our baby had a difficult bout with colic, and she was the only person I could give my baby to and I could see my baby relax in her arms. Taylor is great about providing healthy meals for the children, is knowledgeable about developmental milestones, and provides enriching activities for the children to engage in (doesn't just turn the TV on, like other nannies we have had). Any family would be lucky to have her. It's a good feeling to leave for work and not give a second thought to who is watching your kids - that was Taylor for us. She's trustworthy, careful about safety, and professional. Finally, she's just genuinely a nice, easy going person to get along with.
